I will run to get a flat belly
I have been going to my local gym four times a week and instead of just riding the treadmill, I have been running on the big track that they have there. It goes all around the weight equipment so each lap is quite far. I have decided that I now know How To Have A Flat Belly and I learned it from someone at the gym.
